1、辦公場所：各等級測繪資質(zhì)單位的辦公場所：甲級不少于600_，乙級不少于150_，丙級不少于40_，丁級不少于20_。

2、 質(zhì)量管理：甲級測繪資質(zhì)單位應當通過ISO9000系列質(zhì)量保證體系認證；乙級測繪資質(zhì)單位應當通過ISO9000系列質(zhì)量保證體系認證或者通過省級測繪地理信息行政主管部門考核；丙級測繪資質(zhì)單位應當通過ISO9000系列質(zhì)量保證體系認證或者設區(qū)的市級以上測繪地理信息行政主管部門考核

3、檔案保密：測繪資質(zhì)單位應當有健全的測繪成果及資料檔案管理制度和保密制度；設立保密工作機構(gòu)，配備保密管理人員；確定保密要害部門、部位，明確保密崗位責任，與涉密人員簽訂保密責任書；測繪成果核心涉密人員應當持有省級以上測繪地理信息行政主管部門頒發(fā)的涉密人員崗位培訓證書；建立測繪成果核準、登記、注銷、檢查、延期使用等管理制度；生產(chǎn)、存儲、處理涉密測繪成果檔案的設備設施與條件，應當符合國家保密、消防及檔案管理的有關規(guī)定和要求。

3．申請晉升丙級測繪資質(zhì)的，應當符合以下條件：近2年內(nèi)完成的測繪服務總值不少于50萬元，且有1個以上測繪工程項目取得縣級以上測繪地理信息行政主管部門認可的質(zhì)檢機構(gòu)出具的質(zhì)量檢驗合格證明。

4．申請導航電子地圖制作或者互聯(lián)網(wǎng)地圖服務專業(yè)范圍的，不作測繪業(yè)績考核要求。
